The Green for Growth Fund provides credit lines to financial institutions in Southeast Europe and in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) for on-lending to private households, homeowners associations, businesses, municipalities and public sector entities to finance energy efficiency measures and renewable energy projects. GGF also provides loans directly to renewable energy companies and projects, energy service companies, small scale suppliers of energy efficiency and renewable energy services and equipment suppliers.

Diana Wesselius is a manager at FMO, overseeing private equity investments in the energy sector in global emerging markets. Previously she worked in a variety of management positions at FMO, covering Energy, Infrastructure and Financial Institutions activities. Diana did manage the Access to Energy Fund and the Infrastructure Development Fund, both government funded funds that FMO manages on behalf of the Dutch government. Prior to joining FMO Diana worked at ING Group for a period of 8 years, where she held positions at the Asset Management and Wholesale Banking divisions. Diana holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University.
