Joining hands with Alter Modus, the GGF Technical Assistance Facility launched an awareness-raising campaign for energy efficiency among households. Among other marketing tools, the campaign featured an “Energy Doctor” who performed “check-ups” on buildings with a thermal camera to measure the performance of their insulation systems. The campaign included development of informative brochures in local languages to build awareness about the impacts of energy efficiency measures in buildings. Miloven Kiperas, a landlord in Herceg Novi was among those who sought advice from the “Energy Doctor” and reaped the benefits of significantly reduced energy bills in his apartments.
