Countries in the European Eastern Neighbourhood are undergoing economic revival and are seeking to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their businesses to remain competitive in the international markets. Armenia and Ukraine are two such countries with different economic landscapes but great potential for becoming more competitive by improving the energy efficiency of different sectors.
